Delete your account

1. Delete it yourself

• Organizer: sign in at relatedapp.net → Account → Delete account.
• Professional: sign in at relatedapp.net → Settings → Delete account.

For security we ask for your password once more. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Can't sign in?

Email us from the address you registered with at hello.relatedapp@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours, so that we never delete someone else's account.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone, city, description, settings
• Your sign-in account (email and password, or Google sign-in)
• Conversations and messages you take part in, including the offers in them
• Uploaded photos and videos: portfolio, logo, cover, verification documents
• Packages and prices, calendar and booked dates, templates, surveys
• Your events, guest lists, RSVP answers, seating plans, budget and schedule

4. What we keep, and for how long

• Payment and accounting records for plans you paid for - up to 5 years, as required by accounting law
• Technical logs (IP addresses, sign-in records) - up to 12 months
• Database backups - up to 90 days after deletion
• Reviews you left for a professional after a real booking stay on their profile, so their history is not lost. If you want your review removed or your name hidden, email us.
